Project Time & Overage Policy

Project-based packages are designed around the included time listed for each service. In some situations, minor overages may be accommodated up to two times without additional charges as a courtesy.

However, if revisions, consultations, troubleshooting, or additional project requests continue to exceed the included time after multiple accommodations, a higher service tier or updated project estimate may be recommended moving forward.

Monthly packages are designed around the included monthly time listed for each plan. In some situations, minor overages may occasionally be accommodated without additional charges as a courtesy.

However, if support requests, revisions, consultations, or project time continue to exceed the included monthly hours after multiple accommodations, an upgraded monthly plan or package adjustment may be recommended to continue providing dedicated support and scheduling availability.
